It's Decision Time!

Did you know that simply making a decision is a powerful mindset tool?

Law of Attraction teaches that thoughts are the most powerful form of energy, and that beliefs are just thoughts that we continue to think…over and over and over, whether they are true or not.

Most of the time, we are thinking thoughts that are not true, or that don’t align with our Inner Beings. And we aren’t even aware that we are thinking these thoughts…they are hidden in our unconscious mind, or the area of our mind that we are currently unaware of. We won’t become aware of them until we start paying attention.

Here are some examples of thoughts that are not helpful that run our lives without our awareness of them:

  • I’m not good enough
  • I can’t do anything right
  • I’m not worthy
  • I’m all alone; no one will help me
  • Nothing ever works out for me
  • It will be too difficult
  • I can’t afford it
  • I’m always sick
  • I don’t have time for this
  • I have chronic pain (suffering)

When we think these untrue thoughts over and over again, we make them “true” in our experience. They have become our beliefs, only because we have focused on them for so long.

Beliefs are just thoughts that you continue to think, over and over again, until they become your current reality. You make your thoughts & beliefs true just by endlessly allowing them to run the show.

The good news is that you can learn to change your thoughts and beliefs.

So, how do you become aware of what thoughts you’ve been thinking? Start paying attention to your physical symptoms and to your life circumstances.

This is the Cause & Effect I talk about in another Blog & YouTube video. The Cause is your thoughts and the Effect is your physical symptoms or life circumstances.

You see, energetically, you are like a giant magnet, and you attract back to you the energetic equivalent of what you have been thinking about.

Have you been thinking you aren’t good enough? The Universe delivers symptoms and experiences that match up with that vibration.

Have you been thinking that nothing ever works out for you? The Universe delivers symptoms and experiences that match up with that vibration.

Have you been focused on your chronic pain? Guess what…yep, the Universe delivers more chronic pain.

Have you been focused on your chronic illness? Researching what to do, talking about it endlessly? Guess what…yep, the Universe delivers more chronic illness.

Do you have any of the following specific thoughts or beliefs about your health?

  • I catch colds or the flu every year
  • I struggle with allergies
  • I can’t sleep
  • I can’t take medications
  • I have an incurable disease
  • I experience pain daily
  • My crazy hormones are ruining my life

If so, you will remain stuck attracting these same experiences back to yourself over and over and over again.

You need to identify your beliefs, decide if they are aligned with your Inner Being, and if they are not, then begin shifting your beliefs.

You will know if the beliefs are really true by the way they feel. If the beliefs or thoughts make you feel good, they are your truth. If the beliefs or thoughts make you feel tense or icky, they are not your truth.

Making a decision to think and believe differently takes some focus. Some decisions are easier than others.

I distinctly remember making these decisions in my life (and they became my reality!):

  • I never catch colds or the flu
  • I will heal myself from Lyme Disease
  • I will easily learn how to meditate
  • I can easily communicate with God (Love) so I can receive my own answers
  • Menopause will be easy for me

Decisions are turning points in your life. Everything shifts when you make a decision. Everything easily falls into place.
