Making any significant change in our lives always involves some “inner” work. Whether we want better health, better relationships, more money, a different job…it’s all the same. You have to shift your mindset in order to get different results or to break out of your same old patterns. And I’m not talking about merely setting goals & thinking positively…let’s go a bit deeper…

Here are 3 great starting points to consider:

  1. De-Clutter. When we talk about mindset, your “outer” world will reflect your “inner” world. In other words, if your desk is messy so is your mind. If your email inbox if full so is your mind. If you can’t find anything in your closets because they are so full, then the same goes for your mind. Get the picture? Make a commitment to just get started de-cluttering something!
